These are used for skin care, over the liver, gallbladder and uterine area . 

The waist pack may also be used on the chest and over the breasts .


Precautions:
Do a spot test and wait 24 hours to check the result. It is advised not to do castor oil packs during pregnancy or the menstrual period.

INSTRUCTIONS

WAIST WRAP:
Apply oil to the white lining side of the pack and wrap it around your body.
Use the elastic straps to wrap around the area to be treated and secure in place using the button & loop closure at the back of the pack.
Adjust the straps to create an optimal length for your body size. Leave it on for 45 minutes to 1 hour and allow the castor oil to nourish your body.
Remove the pack and wipe the area clean with a warm damp towel.
Option to  place the heat pack (not included) into the front soft pouch.
