How to Use Your Castor Oil Pack
Apply castor oil to the white lining side of the pack.
Position the pack over your chosen area.
Wrap the elastic straps around your body.
Secure using the button and loop closure at the back.
Adjust the straps until the wrap feels comfortably secure.
Leave in place for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove the wrap and wipe the skin with a warm, damp towel.
If desired, place a suitable heat pack into the front pouch during use.
Pair With Organic Castor Oil
For a complete castor oil pack ritual, use the waist wrap with a high-quality cold-pressed castor oil.
Apply enough oil to saturate the inner lining without applying so much that the oil leaks from the wrap.
