SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Unless specified otherwise.
Shipping is currently only available Australia wide.
Postage do NOT include signature on delivery and is either regular or express parcel post with Australia Post
If you do NOT purchase additional insurance at check out, your order will only be insured through Australia Post for up to $100 - If you would like to purchase additional insurance, this is calculated at check out for you under the option marked "insured" for every $100 over the initial $100 an additional $2.50 is charged.
We are not liable for issues caused by postage/ couriers. If there are any issues this needs to be addressed directly with Australia Post.
Return & Exchange Policy
Any returns or refunds due to faulty items need to be advised within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, pictures need to be provided with a description of the issue to hello@mindbodysoulco.com.au. All cases will be assessed accordingly.
Due to the nature of our products we cannot offer a change of mind return/ refund. All sales are final.
