How to Use the Waist Wrap
Apply castor oil to the white lining side of the waist pack.
Position the wrap over your chosen area.
Wrap the elastic straps around your body.
Secure using the button and loop closure.
Adjust the straps until comfortably secure.
Leave in place for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove and wipe the area clean with a warm, damp towel.
If desired, place a suitable heat pack into the soft front pouch.

Apply castor oil to the white lining of the neck wrap.
Position over your chosen area.
Adjust and secure using the provided Velcro for a comfortable fit.
Leave in place for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
