FES Flourish Grounding Green is a flower essence spray centred on embodiment, stability and connection with nature. It combines six green flower essences with the woody aromas of Silver Fir, Sitka Spruce and Cedarwood essential oils.

Directions
FES recommends 1–2 sprays in the mouth, four times daily, between meals or before eating. Upon waking and before sleep are suggested times for use. Follow the directions on the current product label.
